So I've been intending to do a nice post about restoring a vintage ethnic textile. Instead, my camera decided it no longer wants to import photos. To make matters worse, the warp I'm currently weaving started misbehaving and worming. Worming = big ruh roh. It was clearly time to drop everything and get the loom under control, lest the offending warp sit on the loom for weeks and I become the crafter who stole Christmas due to having nothing handmade to put under the tree. I am happy to report that the warp is now worm-free.
Anyway, until the camera issues are resolved, here's a "before" picture of the bedspread. Pictures of the warp disaster will be posted as soon as the camera is done with its time out for bad behavior.
