Coat, Coating, Coated
There's been a lot of travel, and not a huge ton of progress to report from crafty land. Travel pics will be processed and posted sometime in the future as soon as the current weaving project is conquered - 6.5 yards of fabric to make a coat. It's taking forever.
The good news is the colors are great, and I'm fairly happy with how it's coming out. This warp is a stash project, and I put in some vintage linen that has been giving me fits. It has different elasticity from the wool and cotton that make up the majority of the warp, and tends not to want to be where it's supposed to in the shed (lifting and lowering of yarn).
I have high hopes to be able to wear this coat by October.
