If you're a fiberista who loves yarn and everything you can do with yarn, this class thread is for you!

From weaving rugs to making your own up-cycled yarn, there's something in here for everyone. You get scrap-busting projects, weaving classes, spinning content, and workbooks to organize your stash and WIPS for less than the cost of two craft magazines.

So why the offer the classes as a thread instead of individually? It means I can strike a balance between having my work supported and being able to share it at a great price. It means I can gently take you out of your comfort zone and show you techniques you might not know you're interested in - yet.

It also means that you can ask me questions here, and I can answer them with a how-to video if needed. I think it's a win all around, and I hope you'll agree.

So what's included? So glad you asked!

One new class each month,

PLUS!

Rya Rug from Rags - Who doesn't need a Viking rug? Even better, how about a recycled Viking rug? Even better than that, how about a recycled Viking rug that doesn't require a loom or any fancy equipment? In this class, you'll learn how to form rya knots and use them to make your own fluffy rugs and other textiles.

Making Your Own Recycled Yarn Video Course - Turn fabric into yarn for weaving, knitting, crochet, and beyond the fun and fast way! You'll learn to use a drill (yes, a drill!) to spin and ply yarn, and an overlocker/serger sewing machine to cut perfect cloth strips with zero handstrain.

Dyeing Semi-Solid Yarns Video Course - Learn to dye your own wool and other animal fibers (mohair, alpaca, camel, feathers, nylon, and some silk) using dyes set with vinegar and steamed on the stove. You'll learn all the important safety parameters for working with dye, equipment you'll need, and how to hand-paint skeins to get gorgeous personalized results.

Twice-Woven Rugs Video Course - These magical rugs are the brainchild of Mary Atwater. She introduced this technique in the October 1938 issue of the magazine HandweavingThe process involves exactly what you think - weaving twice. First, you weave a fabric that will become your weft. You can use yarn scraps - even really short scraps - to create your weft. Once you've woven the weft, you cut it vertically, and then weave the resulting strips into a fluffy pile rug with no knotting.

Marling Yarn Scraps with a Gradient Video Course - Do you have a ton of yarn scraps that don't necessarily play nicely together? Harmonize them with a gradient! In this video course, I'll show you how to pair your scraps with a gradient yarn to create a truly unique scrappy afghan. Ready to pull out your needles and dive in? This Course includes the Dancing Diamonds Afghan pattern as well.

Working with Color pdf Tutorial - Color intimidates the heck out of many knitters, crafters, and other artists. While color is a big topic and there’s a lot to learn, this guide will introduce you to the most actionable part of color theory: identifying hue, tint, shade, and tone.

Yarn Stars pdf Tutorial - Create colorful stars to bring rays of joy to any space using popsicle sticks and scrap yarn.

Stash-Fit pdf workbook - If you’d like to have a functional and beautiful yarn stash that brings you joy and accurately reflects what you love to knit, this workbook is for you! No yarn diets, not harsh prescriptions. Just easy-to-follow guidance to help you make the most of what you already have, and figure out what smart additions to you stash will help you get the most out of your knitting.

WIP-Fit pdf workbook - Do you turn down new projects or say no to gorgeous yarn because you have too many works-in-process (WIPs)? Are your WIPs draining your will to knit? The WipFit workbook will help you bring harmony to your knitting life, and most knitters can get it done in one day. For less than the cost of one premium knitting pattern, get the tools you need to whip your WIPs into shape!

Oh, and did I mention access to the Infinite Twist Community, a private online craft community? It's a safe, fun, and troll-free place where we you can ask questions, share your latest projects, and make new virtual friends.

I look forward to seeing what you make!
